small cottage --masonry paint sand blasted from stone   and repointed with lime mortar.applied 2 coats of water repellant (breathable )

this oak frame building  had been rendered with modern materials ---we removed these and replaced with lime render  limewashed afterwards

removed large window demolished  section of wall.installed french doors and sm window ---was part of kitchen refurb
